Welcome to Dates And Honey. These Terms of Use govern your use of our mobile application. By accessing or using our app, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our app.
You may purchase an auto-renewing subscription through an In-App Purchase.
We offer the following auto-renewable subscription options:
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis according to the selected billing cycle. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. If you cancel, you will continue to have access to your subscription until the current billing period ends. After that, you will lose access to the subscribed content and features.
You agree not to use the app in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or in violation of these terms. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
All content, features, and functionality on the app are the exclusive property of Dates And Honey. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our explicit permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dates And Honey shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our app.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Use on this page. You are advised to review these Terms of Use periodically for any changes. Changes to these Terms of Use are effective when they are posted on this page.
These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
